I'm Lisa — a Registered Nurse with 15+ years in clinical care and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. I've learned across hospital rooms, coaching sessions, and my own healing that sustainable change happens at the intersection of science and soul.
My work is built on the 3-Legged Stool of Stability: your nervous system, your hormones, and your inflammatory response — addressed together, as one system. Because that's how your body actually works.
I draw from clinical nursing, functional medicine, and holistic healing modalities — not because I pick favorites, but because real, lasting change rarely has a single source. We look at your whole pattern and build your path from there.
